Dr. Kunuz Abdella is a public health professional with over 20 years of experience in health system policy research, program development, and strategic planning. His career is built on cumulative experience from grassroots health program implementation at district level to national and international health program design, strategic leadership and management.
Currently he is a senior advisor to the Minister of Health of the Federal Ministry of Health of Ethiopia on Non-Communicable Diseases and Cancer. Dr. Kunuz holds a Doctor of Medicine from Addis Ababa University, and a Master of Science Degree from Heidelberg University in Germany with majors in community health and health management in developing countries.
